Standard hotels have front desks and security personnel, whereas most vacation rentals operate unstaffed. To safeguard the personal safety of our providers, we strictly manage the environments where services take place.

In Tokyo, we only open residential and vacation rental bookings to repeat guests with whom we have established mutual trust. First-time guests are kindly asked to prepare a standard hotel room.
